There is NO doubt that Cronkite was WRONG about the Tet Offensive and that America could not be "victorious".
These are FACTS just as are the fact(s) that Cronkite was a "died in the wool LIBERAL" all of his life. The fact that many of his "co-workers" say they never "saw it" simply confirms that they too are BLINDED by their own partisan view of America.
Fortunately in 2009 we have wonderful REAL Journalists, like Diana West on Townhall.com, and even on other sites that are gaining in numbers. However, the "main street media" remains 99.9% Liberal Anti-white Anti-American Socialists along with being snobs and HYPOCRITS about the real ails of America.
An example is ILLEGAL ALIENS. While the Congress debates Health Care NOT ONE WORD IS spoken about the DRAIN of our resources that the ILLEGAL ALIENS take. Besides stealing our jobs, not paying taxes, and overwhelimg our Education System thereby DEPRIVING American Citizens of their RIGHT to be educated the EXTERMIST Dem's and even Republicans don't or won't bring up this topic! WHY? WHY is it that FACTS are ignored to take our "focus" away from ILLEGAL ALIENS and/or MUSLIM EXTREMISTS and/or MUSLIM TERRORISTS?
The answer lies in the history of Cronkite and that is that as long as the main street media PURPOSELY lies, and/or withholds FACTS for Political/Idealogical purposes, America will be denied REAL change...and progress.
If you listen, and watch, CLOSELY you will see that Congress NEVER passes Laws that ensure that ONLY American Citizens get the jobs, health care benefits, etc. Yet, they can work to provide IMMUNITY for 12-20 Million Illegal Aliens AND their "family members" many of which are criminals?
Further "example" of the "wolf guarding the hen house" is that Mr. Liberal Extremists Himself (i.e. Obama) appoints the AG Eric Holder, whose last employer REPRESENTS 16 of the Gitmo "detainees", to "protect" America when he was part of allowing TERRORISTS to go free under Clinton? Is there ANYONE in America who does not have a "problem" with the fact that the current Attorney General of the United States just left working for a Law Firm in which SIXTEEN of the Gitmo "detainees" are being represented? Where is this money coming from? Just TRY to call up that Law Firm and ascertain how much they charge UP FRONT for a traffic case and/or divorce and you will confirm that it is TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars. WHERE do they think they are going to get paid for representing these sixteen Gitmo detainees from? Could it be that they have "inside info" on what Holder is going to do? Could it be, yet again, that they RIGHTS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS to have their Goverment PROTECT US (i.e. our borders and against Terrorists) will (again) suffer because of GREEDY CORRUPT Politicians/Attorneys?
American Citizens have to WAKE UP and stop "believing" what Cronkite (then) or the main street media "tell them" and starting looking around and DEMANDING action to protect America - American Citizens - and America's future. It is NOT enough that Cronkite was a "fixture" on the TV. It was NOT enough that he did some good things. What should be the TRUE factors of one's life is WHAT THEY DID TO ENSURE THAT AMERICAN CITIZENS WERE TAKEN CARE OF and also to allow American Citizens to contribute/help those less fortunate (which we have done since the beginning of our Country's formation). We SHOULD help others and we should pray for others but we should NOT allow ILLEGAL ALIENS, and/or TERRORISTS, to overwhelm our Country and/or to be given BILLIONS in "benefits" simply becuase they are "here now". That is a PATHETIC justification for ignoring our Laws and the Goverments RESPONSIBILITY to deport ILLEGAL ALIENS.
IF our Goverment did their job how many of the 9/11 Hijackers would have been deported and/or LOCKED UP for violating our Laws? Even if it was ZERO the fact remains that there is NO other "Law" that American Citizens are allowed to BREAK 24/7 and use the "excuse" of "well, we are here and we pay some taxes" and/or "we have children so we get off scott free". It is ABSURD and it is killing our Economy and killing our Childrens' future.
Until then the "excuse" of "I did not know" and/or "I did not see it" will be etched on the Tombstone of American Citizensship. Future generations will look back and say....WHY did they not see? WHY did they not act? WHY did they leave this Country into the hands of those who would undermine its' very existence? WHY did they not Vote to Elect Politicans who were American Citizens and ensured that ONLY American Citizens received every benefit, and every dollar, for every Law/Bill signed into Law?

Al Gore grew up a spoiled rich son of a rich/powerful Politician who made MILLIONS off of Electricity (aka; Tennesse Valley Authority) and destroying the environment along the way.

Al Gore lives in MANSIONS - flies private planes all over the World, own/uses Yachts and consumes MORE oil/electricity/gas in one MONTH that 100 Americans use...in a year.

Even though Al Gore has MILLIONS of dollars in the bank he wants/craves...more.

Al Gore has set up companys that are "green"...as in the color of money.

Al Gore has manipulated the concept of Carbon Offets which are TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. Thinking that Carbon Offsets "help" anything/anyone, other than the ones who collect the money from selling this "snake oil", is (yet another) Liberal Lie. Selling/buying Carbon Offets equates to a person RAPING someone, day after day and year after year, and then donating a some of money to a "rape victim's fund". The point is that the RAPE occured and is still occuring and the "monetary donation" does NOTHING other than "exchange a few dollars".

Al Gore is banking, like GE who stands to make BILLIONS of DOLLARS, on this SNAKE OIL "passing" the Senate. Since the Democrats have been IN CONTROL OF CONGRESS since 2006, and Obama the Liberal/Socialist/Extremist is in the White House, the odds of this "passing" is...overwhelmingly YES. Thus, Al Gore will increase his bank balances - businesses will fail - prices will rise on everything American Citizens use/buy - and the World's climates will remain the same (i.e. they cycle).

MILLIONS of American Citizens were not born/raised in the 1970's (as they were not even born yet). I was and I can attest, via our schooling and the periodicals we read and the TV newcasts conveying as much, that the "Scientists" (along with the Democrats) were harping the "World is coming to an end via an Ice Age". Amazing that they, just like the Democratically Controlled Congress since 2006, NEVER is held accountable so they "revise" their dire predictions (and get "Scientists" to validate their schemes by promising them to be "first in line" for the Govermental Grants (i.e. Taxpayers money Congress will spend - without hesitation/results). Hence, this "crisis" all boils down to...money pure and simple.

American Citizens should do more to recycle, consume less, etc. and we should start by having Al Gore & the Democrats and their "Scientists" go to our Southern Border and oversee EVERY ILLEGAL ALIEN in America to clean up all of the waste/litter. As soon as they are done then we DEPORT everyone of them (including Al Gore, the Democrats, and their "Scientists"). I call this a "four for one" concept.

One day American Citizens will WAKE UP to this madness and start to think WHY is it that these Democrats/Liberals/Communists/Socialists/Extremists maniuplate the "bought and paid for" LIberal Media and use them as PUPPETS for everything THEY deem as "money making projects"?

The same "groups" that deny the LIFE of the Unborn Child, up to and including the ninth month, pass Laws that allow the KILLING/MURDER of these innocent human beings...without blinking an eye.

The same "groups" that CRY if a Muslim TERRORISTS gets "wet" can't even muster the SPINE to use REAL WORDS, representing REAL THREATS to American Citizens, like: ILLEGAL ALIENS, MUSLIM TERRORISTS, and/or MUSLIM EXTREMISTS.

WHY? WHY? WHY?

One reason could be because there is NO money in it...for them.

GOD created this World and everything in it...and beyond it.

I don't need, or want, Al Gore and/or his "Scientists" and/or the Democrats/Liberals/Communists/Socialists/Extremists to confuse the issue any further. Everything begins with GOD...and everything will end with GOD.

God expects us to use the Earth in a "friendly" way as well as to teach our children to do the same.

The same MORONS who refuse to allow our Children to SAY the word "GOD" in our schools uses the schools to SCARE/FREIGHTEN our children into believing that the World will come to an end unless their parents use their College Fund to buy Carbon Offsets that go directly to Al GOre and his cronies.

Anyone who thinks that Scientists cannot be WRONG, and/or "bought and paid for" like a newspaper "journalist", are not knowledgable about History. Just ONE EXAMPLE is the number of "Scientists" who supported Hitler and this "theory" about justifying his War Acts. Was that "science"? NO it was not and neither is the snake oil Al Gore has been spewing/selling since he LOST the Presidential Election.

Power, money, and fame are what 99.9% of the Politicans go after...by any means necessary. It is truly a shame that we are the ones being victimized as well as the minds/outlook of our children. In another 20-40 years it will be PROVEN that Al Gore, and his cronies, were WRONG but by then they will be spewing/selling their "belief" (confirmed by "Scientists") that a new Ice Age is coming and unless we pay his company MILLIONS of dollars (direclty and/or indirectly) that the World will come to an end.

I say, and believe, that we should put our faith/lives in the hands of GOD. Even though there is "no money in it", for Al Gore and his "Scientists", there is something MUCH more valueable...our very souls.

The same HOT AIR that blew the Liberals/Communists/Extremists/Socialists "twenty year hysteria" about a new Ice Age is the SAME propaganda SPEWING from the mouth of Al Gore.

These SELL OUTS can "chase the money 24/7" becaue it is NOT his money going to waste for it will be...OUR money they take - spend - and pocket all the while telling us it will "solve the problem".

FEAR, ladies and gentlemen, it is a very powerful tool even in the hands (or in this case sentences) of...Al Gore.

Al Gore is NOTHING but Hot Air and always was and that is (truly) a shame becuase IF he put 1/100,000,000,000 of the "efforts" into SAVING the innocent lives of the UNBORN CHILD (as he puts into blaming humans for Global Warmin) not only would the World be a better place BUT it would confirm that there is something GREATER than just...chasing the millions of dollars.

Sadly, the only thing that has changed about Al Gore (after all these years) are his hair products.
